Fear not! The SNOO Lady offers remote sessions too! You will be walked through all of the steps to repair your Snoo ensuring there is no accidental damage to your mechanical bestie.

hey there new friend, i am ashleigh.

i used a snoo for both of my kids, the first in 2019 which not long after gave me the dreaded click of death that was slowly sending me insane.

i decided i wasn’t going to take it and if i could build a computer from scratch and manage a worldwide retail businesses it infrastructure and more, i could definitely do an autopsy on my sad snoo. i did it, and boy was i proud of myself!

now, i do love to make things difficult so when my 2nd was on her way i found a snoo most would have thrown in the council clean up pile. it was as dead as the cactus i was told was impossible to kill (RIP SPIKE)

it took lots of tinkering, back and forward, trial and error but again, i did it.. i got her back on and swaying smoother than tom jones in his 20’s, and lulling us all into a sweet, sweet blissful sleep.

from there i helped out friends, friends of friends, friends of friends of friends and from there grew my little business, the snoo lady.

i am here to help you so you don’t need to go through the pain, stress and frustration of a snoo jerkier than your highschool boyfriend!

Cleaning

Got a SNOO grubbier than a 3 year old near mud? We can fix that for you! can’t help with the 3 year old though. We completely dismantle your snoo to get into every nook and cranny and make sure there is no dust or vomit or gross stuff hiding. We remove the mesh to do a soak and stain treatment. mould is also treated to ensure it doesn’t return. all products used are baby friendly and we can accomodate allergies also.

Repairs

WE offer repairs from the dreaded click of death or the grind worse than 8am on monday morning, but we aren’t limited to that, we can also help with no movement, no sound, no wifi connection, no power and more. we will always do our best to get your snoo back on track.

Servicing

There doesn’t need to be anything wrong with your SNOO! think of it like servicing your car, we ensure that your SNOO is ready for your next baby or to be passed to friends or family or to sell once you’ve transitioned out and into a cot.

After we were the victim of an unscrupulous Facebook sale, purchasing a malfunctioning second hand SNOO, we were at a loss as to what to do with our expensive broken bassinet. We were close to simply cutting our losses, until we found the SNOO lady. Ashleigh came over promptly and after dismantling the SNOO, she realised this one would be a doozy. With a friendly smile, I was told, a SNOO hasn’t defeated her yet! She took it home, sourced parts, diagnosed issues, and essentially worked her magic. Through that time she was in constant communication, and would even lend an ear and provide some great advice, helping us through some trying times as new parents.
